our services
We manufacture steel structures, weldments and technical assemblies within an integrated production process. Since 1998, we have provided complete engineering production, from material cutting through to final assembly. Thanks to our own production facilities in Fulnek and Jerlochovice, we maintain full control over processes, capacities and quality.
Our History in Brief
VVM–IPSO s.r.o. was founded in 1998 in Fulnek. Initially, the company focused on mechanical engineering production and the sale of industrial laundry equipment. As production capacities gradually expanded and investments were made in modern technologies, the sale of laundry equipment was discontinued in 2015 and the company fully focused on engineering manufacturing.
Over the years, we have progressively expanded and modernised our production capacities, invested in new technologies and developed our own production facilities. At the same time, we implemented quality and environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 3834-2 standards. Step by step, we have built a modern engineering company that today supplies weldments, steel structures and technical assemblies to customers across Europe.
Who We Are Today
We are a comprehensive manufacturer of steel structures and technical assemblies, exporting to more than 15 European countries. At our production facilities with a total area of 44,000 m², we provide sheet metal cutting up to 6,225 × 2,500 mm, metal forming, robotic and manual welding, machining of parts weighing up to 5 tonnes, and final assembly.
We handle both high-volume series production and custom manufacturing. We are capable of producing weldments up to 15 metres in length and weighing up to 12 tonnes, cut parts from sheet metal up to 30 mm thick, and machined heavy components requiring precise mating surfaces. Our processes are fully documented, repeatable and based on quality control points throughout the entire production flow.
What Sets Us Apart
We provide complete engineering manufacturing, from material processing through to final assembly. Our own machinery, digitalised procedures and internal quality control enable us to maintain a stable production process, full traceability and high manufacturing precision.
We work with digital documentation and 3D models directly at the production workstations, reducing errors and accelerating production preparation. Materials and operations are recorded in the ERP system, ensuring traceability and the management of process continuity. The result is parts that comply with drawings, tolerances and the requirements of their final applications.
Investing in New Technologies
In recent years, we have made significant investments in modernising our production technologies and expanding our capacities. The original four lasers were replaced by two more powerful 12 kW and 10 kW fiber lasers, providing higher cutting speeds and consistent cut quality even for large-format sheets.
We have also expanded our machining capacities with a second horizontal boring machine, a DN Solutions DNM 6700 vertical machining centre and a PUMA GT3100L CNC turning centre. This has increased our machining capacity, precision and flexibility. In welding, we have also invested in new positioners for safer and more efficient handling of large structures.
Our investments have also included the modernisation of filtration and extraction systems, further development of the IT infrastructure and continued digitalisation of production management. These steps support better traceability of orders and materials, more efficient process management and consistent production quality.
Automation and Digitalisation
We develop automation primarily in the field of welding, where we use two robotic workstations for repeat parts and structures with high requirements for repeatability. Documentation, drawings and production procedures are available digitally directly at the workstations, ensuring data consistency and rapid preparation of operations.
We use 3D models for production preparation and inspection. Our ERP system provides order tracking, operation records, material batch records, capacity planning and production traceability. Through chip-based recording of completed work, we obtain accurate data on the progress of individual operations, workstation utilisation and any deviations.
The collected data is used to analyse bottlenecks, optimise production processes and increase manufacturing efficiency. Selected data is further processed using artificial intelligence tools, which provide management reports, performance analyses and forecasts that support decision-making at all levels of company management.
Workplace Safety and Environment
In all production halls, we use modern filtration and extraction systems that ensure a high-quality working environment during welding, cutting and grinding. We regularly renew and adapt work tools, fixtures and personal protective equipment to meet current technical and safety requirements.
Our employees are regularly trained in accordance with European standards and the company’s internal regulations. The environmental management system according to ISO 14001 confirms our responsible approach to environmental protection, workplace safety and risk prevention.
Production Capacity and Performance
Our production capacity exceeds 25,000 standard hours per month. Each year, we process more than 5,000 tonnes of material, ranging from standard structural steels in grade S355 through to high-strength steels up to grade S900, including special materials such as Hardox wear-resistant plate and stainless steels.
Our extensive technological capabilities enable us to carry out both repeat series production and technically demanding one-off projects with high requirements for precision, quality and on-time delivery. We supply complete assembled units as well as individual parts prepared for subsequent production operations at the customer’s site.
Thanks to the combination of modern technologies, our own production capacities and an experienced team, we are able to respond flexibly to customer requirements and efficiently manage projects ranging from individual components to large-scale assemblies.
Our Values
Systematic Production Management
Production is managed through interconnected operations, defined control points and full traceability. Every part follows clearly specified production processes, from incoming material through to final assembly.
Technical Precision
We work according to up-to-date production documentation, approved technological procedures and specified tolerances. Digital data, 3D models and standard working procedures to support precision, repeatability and production efficiency.
Quality Throughout the Production Process
Quality control is an integral part of the entire production process. In accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 standards, we inspect incoming materials, individual production operations and final assemblies.
Stability and Responsibility
We build on our own production capacities and a stable team of permanent employees. We do not use agency labour and continuously develop professional knowledge and experience within the company.
Engineering Partnership
We work with our customers as early as the production preparation stage, contributing to the optimisation of technical solutions and the definition of manufacturing procedures. We are not merely a supplier of parts, but a partner for long-term cooperation.
Responsibility and Regional Commitment
Environmental Responsibility
We operate in accordance with ISO 14001, optimise energy and material consumption, and cooperate with EKO-KOM and REMA System.
Supporting Our Community
We have long supported local associations, sports clubs and organisations in the Fulnek region.
