Machining
Precision Machining of Small and Large Metal Components
Machining is an integral part of our production flow. We have modern CNC machines for precision milling, turning and machining of robust weldments weighting up to 5,000 kg, as well as extensive conventional machining facilities, including lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and fitting workstations. This enables us to efficiently handle both one-off and series production and respond flexibly to customers’ technical requirements.

Additional Machining Capacities
In addition to CNC machining, we also use extensive conventional machining facilities:
- conventional lathes,
- universal milling machines,
- pillar and radial drilling machines,
- fitting workstations,
- setting and clamping fixtures.
This range of equipment enables us to carry out preparatory and finishing operations, make quick adjustments to parts and meet technical requirements that purely CNC production would not cover.
Key Strengths
- machining of components and weldments weighing up to 5 tonnes
- high precision thanks to CNC technology,
- consistent quality in both one-off and series production,
- combination of CNC and conventional machining as required,
- seamless continuity with welding, forming and assembly.
