Welding
Professional Welding of Steel Structures and Weldments
We carry out manual and robotic welding of steel parts and weldments, ranging from smaller components to large structures. We use MIG, MAG and TIG processes as well as resistance spot welding in accordance with ISO 4063. We weld structural and fine-grain steels, high-strength steels and stainless steel materials according to customer requirements. Thanks to qualified personnel, modern equipment and controlled processes, we meet requirements for precision, repeatability and high weld quality.
Robotic Welding
Our robotic workstations are used for parts with requirements for repeatability, high productivity and consistent weld quality in series production.
Panasonic TL-2000WGH 6-Axis Welding Robot
This robotic workstation is designed for welding large and heavy structures with high requirements for precision and repeatability. With a workstation range of 7,000 mm and a load capacity of up to 2,000 kg, it enables the welding of large frames and weldments in a single setup, reducing the number of handling operations and the risk of deformation. The robot ensures stable heat input and consistent weld quality along the entire welding path, which is particularly important for series-produced and structurally demanding products.

| Maximum weldment weight | 2000 kg |
Panasonic TL-1800WGH3 4-Axis Welding Robot
This robotic workstation is designed for welding medium-sized components where consistent weld quality and fast production repeatability are required. A working range of 3,000 mm and a load capacity of 500 kg enable efficient welding of structural parts in series production and repeat orders. The robot minimises the time required for changeovers and ensures uniform heat input into the part, resulting in high geometric accuracy and consistent weld bead quality.

Migatronic CoWelder UR10 / Sigma Select 400 Robotic Welding System
This flexible robotic workstation is suitable for small and medium-sized parts where fast preparation, short changeover times and consistent weld quality are required. Thanks to simple programming and the ability to quickly adapt to different part geometries, it is ideal for repeat series production as well as orders with frequent changes in the production range.
Key Advantages of
Robotic Welding
- consistent weld quality and high repeatability,
- uniform heat input into the part and a lower risk of deformation,
- high productivity in both series and repeat production,
- precise weld guidance suitable for structurally demanding parts.
Manual Welding
Manual welding represents the majority of our welding capacity. It is suitable for both one-off and high-volume series production, from small parts to large structures. Thanks to our experienced team of welders and high-quality equipment, we achieve a consistent level of quality across our entire production.
Manual Welding Equipment
We use industrial welding power sources from leading manufacturers:
- Fronius
- Lorch
- Migatronic
- EWM
Welding Workstations
All manual welding workstations are equipped with Siegmund welding tables, which, thanks to their precision grid plates and modular clamping system, enable fast, stable and repeatable positioning of parts. A wide range of stops, angles and clamps makes it possible to create both temporary and precise welding fixtures directly at the workstation, increasing efficiency and ensuring accurate weldment geometry.
The workstations are also equipped with extraction and filtration systems that ensure safe and stable conditions for welding.
In addition, we have a WBP 100 – JESVA pneumatic spot welding machine, suitable for low-carbon steels:
| Rated power | 100 kVA |
|---|---|
| Material range | 2 × 0.5 mm to 2 × 5 mm |
| Control system | ULB 4.5 |
| Parameter archiving | software PRULB WBP 100.06 |
Qualifications and Technical Supervision
Welding is performed by a qualified team:
We work according to up-to-date production documentation, approved technological procedures and specified tolerances. Digital data, 3D models and standardised working procedures support precision, repeatability and production efficiency.
welders certified in accordance with ISO 9606-1
welding robot operators certified in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 1473
welding coordination personnel in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 14731
NDT Level 2 personnel (VT, PT, MT) in accordance with EN ISO 9712
Welding process management is supervised by a welding technologist, who is responsible for the preparation and use of approved WPS/WPQR documentation and for the correct setting of welding parameters. Weld quality is inspected through a combination of measurements, NDT testing and TWYN 3D inspection, which enables precise comparison of the weldment with the digital model.
The company is certified according to ISO 3834-2, ensuring that welding processes are managed in accordance with European standards.
